We always endeavour to deliver your Gertrude + Smith Gift Hamper as close to your preferred delivery as possible. We also aim to pack your hampers safely and beautifully for the perfect gift arrival.
We will aim to send out your order same day if ordered before 2pm on a weekday. If ordered on the weekend we will ship out Monday if it doesn't happen to fall on a public holiday.
Hampers will be delivered to your requested address and left in a safe place if no one is home. We cannot be held responsible if the recipient is not present when your order is delivered please ensure you have your order shipped to a location where it can be received. A tracking number will be provided to show when delivery can be expected.
For weather forecasts of 27 degrees or higher we may delay delivery or use food safe ice packs to minimise this risk. We will contact you if this does happen and discuss timing and options.
We offer flat rate shipping across our entire range of $13.95 Australia Wide.
As we are based in Melbourne, all Melbourne orders generally arrive in 2 to 3 business days. For all others states and regional areas Australia Post will generally deliver within 2 to 4+ business days.
We can provide express delivery for domestic orders at a flat rate of $17.95. This is a guaranteed next day delivery if you are within the Aus Post Express Network and ordered before 2pm.

Same Day Delivery Available for delivery addresses within 5km of Melbourne CBD. We offer a flat rate of $21.95 for same day deliveries. Only available on weekdays and orders must be placed before 1pm.
We want you to be 100% happy with your order and it is our aim to ensure that all products supplied to all customers arrive in perfect condition. Please notify us within 7 days of purchase if you wish to return your order or a specific product in the received box.
We will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.
If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, we will also cover the cost of delivery for the return.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased.

We are not liable for any product damaged in transit by the courier company or a delivery driver, we aim to pack the items as best as possible to ensure minimal chance of damage.
